PayPal Payouts Web allows you to pay up to 5,000 recipients in a single transaction by uploading a correctly formatted CSV file. WC Vendors supports the ability to export your vendor commissions to CSV but this is a general format for use in manually paying your vendors with your chosen offline method. This meant that you had to format the CSV into the correct format to manually payout vendors via your PayPal Business account. You can easily export these commissions in a format for PayPal Payouts Web format. This is still a manual process and requires that Payouts are enabled for your account.
Settings
There are a couple of options available under WC Vendors > Settings > Commissions > PayPal Payouts Web. This includes selecting which currency to define in your CSV export and a message to provide for the payouts.
Vendor Settings
Vendors will have options to select which payout method they want to receive. Either PayPal or Venmo (if you’re based in the United States).
Export to PayPal Payouts Web
Once you have configured the settings, you can export your vendor commission dues to a completely formatted file ready for manual payouts on your PayPal Business account.
